AutoPark Honda has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman Family!

As an Assistant Service Advisor, you welcome customers, determine service needs, educate on services, and act as a liaison between technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and priorities.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors.
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent.
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor.
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position.
• Ability to work Saturday.
