Briggs Industrial Solutions is seeking a Service Technician II to diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair forklifts and related equipment on-site in Mobile, AL. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and component rebuilds, always prioritizing safety and quality workmanship.

You will work with a team that values customer service, accuracy in documentation, and ongoing skill development through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift repair or related mechanical experience, and a valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, experience with precision measuring tools, and knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Certification on at least 65% of the Briggs Equipment product line is required.
• A customer-first attitude, clear communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and doing quality work.
• Trade school training, Hyster-Yale certifications, and welding or fabrication experience are a plus.
• The ability to perform physical work, including frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75 pounds, along with providing your own tools.
