Position Overview

The Construction Technician will perform a variety of tasks including steel stud framing, wood carpentry, door and window installation, concrete work, and interior finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects.

Work Environment

Projects are completed on commercial and residential job sites with crews typically ranging from 3 to 10 people. Standard work hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional overtime depending on project schedules and travel requirements. Employees should expect a physically active work environment involving lifting, carrying materials, operating tools, and working both indoors and outdoors. Standard attire includes jeans, work shirts, and leather work boots appropriate for active construction sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
