The Concrete Foreman oversees a team of concrete finishers who prepare, place, finish, and cure concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and quality standards. This role works closely with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, and may also support snow removal operations during the winter season.

The Concrete Foreman works primarily outdoors on active construction sites, frequently exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and wind. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day while working with concrete, formwork, and related materials. Typical shifts begin at 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. and continue until the days work is completed, usually totaling 4045 hours per week. The position uses a range of hand tools and power tools, including grinders, sanders, and other equipment required for concrete finishing and polishing. In the winter, the foreman may also work on snow removal projects, which can involve early starts and outdoor work in cold and snowy conditions. Proper work attire suitable for construction sites and changing weather is required to ensure safety and comfort.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, KS.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
