Job summary

Castle Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Technician in Indiana. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning.

You will test-drive and diagnose systems using specialized tools to ensure safety and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have ASE certification, valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical aptitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Certified, master, or journeyman technician.
• ASE Certification required with A-level qualifications.
• Dexterity and steady hand; good hand–eye coordination.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

As a Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. You’ll work to identify any automotive issues to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. You will test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience as a certified, master, or journeyman technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• ASE Certification required with A‑level qualifications
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand‑eye coordination
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork mentality and ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
