Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of the company and drive customer engagement. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while identifying device needs and offering accessories and care products. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

You will join a team that values problem solving and growth, with opportunities to advance as you learn electronics repair and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR

As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day.
