A1 Garage Door is hiring Garage Door Technician Apprentices in Orlando, Florida. This hands-on role trains you to diagnose, repair, and install garage door systems while learning selling skills on the job.

Ideal candidates are dependable and mechanically inclined with no prior garage door or sales experience required. The program offers paid training, a $1,000 signing bonus, uncapped earnings with commissions, a company vehicle, and a clear path to long-term career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in extreme temperatures regularly.
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, hospitality, DIY projects, etc.).
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded), and driving record check.
• Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6AM and 9PM, including weekends.
