The position blends skilled labor with customer-facing trust-building as you guide homeowners through needed repairs. Expect uncapped earnings with a strong commission structure and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record.
• Can lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps, regularly.
• Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, DIY projects, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded) and driving record
• Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments
• No sales experience required, we teach that

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage doors: springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors.
• Install new components and perform adjustments as needed.
• Talk to homeowners professionally to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
