Job summary

Denali Universal Services is seeking Security Operation Center Technicians for their ConocoPhillips Complex in Midland, Texas. These professionals will monitor security systems, manage access control, and respond to emergencies in a highly technical environment.

This is a rotational position with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule. Ideal candidates are experienced in security or law enforcement, possess strong communication skills, and can remain calm under pressure.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least one year of SOC or IT Security field experience, or equivalent
• Previous experience with law enforcement, private security, military police, or corrections within the past seven years
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic security management applications (Microsoft Office, Video, Access Control, Alarm Management)
• Ability to be licensed as an Unarmed Security Officer in Texas
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen, background check, and physical
