Denali Universal Services is seeking a Security Officer for the ConocoPhillips Building Complex in Midland, TX. The role focuses on physical security, monitoring CCTV, alarms, access control, and coordinating responses to incidents on a 12-hour shift schedule (1 week on / 1 week off).

The SOC Officer will identify security concerns, communicate clearly during emergencies, and ensure badge/access credential management and incident documentation are performed accurately.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Recent experience in law enforcement, private security, military police, corrections, or a related field.
• At least one year of SOC, IT security, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience using electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and alarm management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to obtain a Texas Unarmed Security Officer license.
• Ability to successfully complete required SOC training and pre-employment screening.

Responsabilidades

24/7 Security Operations Center

This is not a cybersecurity position; focus on physical security.

The Security Operation Center (SOC) Officer uses video surveillance, alarm and access control systems, computers, radios, and other communications technology to monitor facilities, identifies potential security concerns, and coordinates an effective response to incidents and emergencies.

This is a fast-paced, technology-focused security position requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and communicate clearly during emergency situations.
