Job summary

Denali Universal Services at ConocoPhillips Midland complex seeks a Security Operation Center Technician to monitor cameras, alarms, and access control 24/7. The role is based on-site in Midland, TX, with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and crisis-response responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, TX driver’s license, and SOC/IT security experience, plus strong communication and security software skills. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year SOC or IT security field experience preferred.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels professionally.
• Able to obtain Unarmed Security Officer license in TX.
• Crises handling skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate access control systems and CMS.
• Monitor alarm and event management across sites.
• Operate Video Management System and cardholder management.
• Communicate clearly during emergencies and provide instructions.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain client security operations knowledge.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts on-site.
• Escalate issues to SOC or field teams as needed.
