Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Cell Phone Repair Technician. AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $17-$19/HR. You will repair phones, tablets and other electronics while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn repairs. We offer health benefits, PTO, a 401(k), Pay Advances, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories and device care alongside smart devices.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Wireless device repair certifications are a plus.
