You will develop user manuals, knowledge bases, API documentation, and training materials to support end-users and development teams, and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing all necessary technical documentation for software projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting RFPs, BRDs, SRS, WBS, Project Plans, Monitoring & Control Reports, and CMMI-level documentation. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing user manuals, knowledge bases, API documentation, and training materials to support end-users and development teams.

Job Description
Technical Documentation Development
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Project Plans, and Risk Management Reports.
  • Develop Monitoring & Control Reports, Compliance Documents, and CMMI-Level Process Documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date product roadmaps, technical specifications, and architecture documentation.
User & Developer Documentation
  • Write User Manuals, Help Guides, FAQs, and Knowledge Base Articles for software applications.
  • Develop API Documentation and Integration Guides for developers.
  • Document Release Notes, Change Logs, and Deployment Instructions.
Compliance & Quality Assurance Documentation
  • Ensure all documentation follows ISO, CMMI, and Agile/Scrum best practices.
  • Work with QA teams to document test cases, test plans, and defect tracking reports.
  • Maintain audit trails and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Teams to gather technical information.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on technical processes.
  • Continuously update and optimize documentation for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
