  • Help engineers create and maintain high-quality documentation by providing editorial guidance, documentation standards, and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve the structure, presentation, usability, and effectiveness of API documentation.
  • Improve command-line help content, including CLI --help output, to make technical commands and platform functionality easier for developers to understand.
  • Research and test platform features directly, using hands‑on experimentation to verify technical instructions and document practical workflows.
  • Create and update Markdown documentation in a GitHub repository, submitting changes through pull requests and publishing approved content through a static site generator.
  • Work with developer communities to identify common technical questions, understand user challenges, and turn valuable forum discussions into actionable documentation.
  • Support customer‑facing teams by developing documentation that answers recurring technical questions and improves self‑service troubleshooting.
  • Review documentation contributions from engineers and other collaborators, applying editorial standards while maintaining a constructive and flexible feedback process.
  • Communicate documentation progress, technical findings, project decisions, and unresolved issues clearly in an asynchronous work environment.
  • Continuously expand documentation coverage as cloud platform capabilities evolve and new application deployment patterns emerge.
