Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join their dynamic Operations Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in documenting department internal tools guides, training scripts, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information for internal and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing, communication, organization, process, and design skills to create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation.
Responsibilities
Job Description
Develops, implements and maintains methods, standards, procedures and guidelines. Guides the development, testing and evaluation of new or enhanced organizational processes or structures; recommends improvements as appropriate. Reports on and makes recommendations on the implementation of techniques and methodologies for analyzing and evaluating operations, workflow or procedures. Performs moderate methods analysis work. Recommends and supports the implementation of methods and procedures for improved workflow or processes, staff utilization, office facilities, equipment utlization and communications. Recommends forms and survey instruments used in data collection and evaluation; conducts analytical studies to define and recommend solutions for problems, methods and procedures.
