Subject: Full-Time Medical Writer Application

Omni Tech Medical is seeking a full-time Medical Writer to join our fast-growing, globally-minded team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on Medical Affairs and pharmaceutical training (L&D). You will serve as the writer and primary point of contact on key projects, collaborating with our multidisciplinary internal team and pharmaceutical clients to deliver high-impact, scientifically accurate content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the development of medical content for slide decks, training materials, MSL tools, infographics, eLearning modules, and more
• Interpret complex scientific data into clear, accurate, and engaging content tailored to Medical Affairs and L&D audiences
• Engage directly with client stakeholders and proactively manage timelines and expectations
• Partner with scientific leads, editors, designers, and project managers to align on strategic messaging and meet key deliverables
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and scientific integrity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical industry (agency or in-house)
• Strong background in Medical Affairs and/or training content development
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating across global teams
