Job Profile: We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will create clear, accessible documentation for internal tools, guides, and training scripts, ensuring accuracy and usability for internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop clear and concise documentation for training guides and internal tools.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information.
  3. Create user-friendly documents using various tools and platforms.
  4. Document and update procedures for internal tools and end-user guides.
  5. Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting process changes.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  7. Conduct reviews of existing documentation for accuracy and relevance.
  8. Assist in creating training materials and support training sessions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain methods, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Guide the development and evaluation of organizational processes.
  • Report and recommend improvements for workflows and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, with a university/college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and process design skills.
  • Knowledge of process management, quality management, and documentation tools.

Preferred Skills: Auditing, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, Regulatory Compliance, Process Design.

Work Environment: Full-time, remote position within the United States.
