You will develop manuals, gather information from department managers, ensure version control, and publish documents per branding guidelines. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong writing and editing skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive department manuals outlining procedures, policies, and guidelines in clear language.
• Collaborate with department managers to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Update existing manuals to reflect changes in procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review and revise compliance documents with the Compliance Director, ensuring legal adherence.
• Format, edit, and publish documents according to company standards and branding guidelines.
• Maintain a repository of manuals with version control accessible to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve documentation processes based on feedback and best practices.
