Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Junior Technical Writer to draft, edit, and maintain clear documentation across departments. You will work with Technical Writers and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency, while supporting regulatory compliance research and LMS records.

You will help update policies, assist with audits, and ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and internal procedures. The role requires attention to detail and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in collections or related profession required.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and UDAPP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update existing documentation reflecting process changes.
• Develop clear, simple policies for all employees.
• Prepare and present policies for management review and approval.
• Support ISO 9001 recertification activities and audits.
