Qualifications

• Assist with, write and edit product, project, and technical documents to meet contract requirements.
• Prepare digital, print and physical materials such as presentations, posters, emails, intranet, newsletters, and reports.
• Communicate with document authors during the editing process and obtain information from technical staff.
• Translate technical initiatives into plain language end-user communications.
• Assist with outlines and drafts for review ensuring final documents meet contract requirements and regulations.
• Consult information sources to verify guidelines and regulations governing deliverables.
• Work within project teams and manage work independently through review and approval processes.
• Share work with internal teams for review, editing and approval.
• Perform technical edits and quality reviews; convert documents to PDF and test for Section 508 compliance.
• Provide input to guide workflow processes and documentation standards.
• Ensure documents meet editorial and government specifications for quality, graphics, format and style.
