You’ll develop user guides, release notes, knowledge articles, and other documentation that supports software releases while aligning with branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in technical writing and content development.
• Experience creating end-user documentation, user guides, or software-related content.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain user guides, release notes, online help content, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and instructional designers to document software functionality.
• Translate technical concepts into clear content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple documentation projects and prioritize deliverables to meet release timelines.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify documentation requirements, dependencies, and risks.
