Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer II to develop, edit, and maintain documentation for IT programs and services. You will create SOPs, user guides, training materials, white papers, and reports, translating complex concepts into clear content for technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information, ensure quality, and align with branding standards while supporting organizational transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT program documentation experience.
• Experience creating SOPs, user guides, training content and executive communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, review, and maintain technical and programmatic documentation for IT programs and services.
• Create clear, concise user guides, SOPs, training materials, knowledge articles, and reports.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information.
• Participate in meetings to collect documentation requirements and validate needs.
• Ensure documentation complies with standards, branding, and quality expectations.
• Maintain document repositories, versions, and records management processes.
• Update docs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, or policies.
• Develop executive briefings, white papers, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management and transformation through targeted communications.
• Create process maps and visual aids to illustrate system functionality.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with SMEs.
• Assist with training materials and end-user adoption resources.
• Support knowledge management by organizing and improving access to docs.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy and readability.
• Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
