The role focuses on refining procedures, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving the documentation workflow to support efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in producing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain managers and stakeholders to understand and document supply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct interviews and gather input from subject matter experts to accurately capture complex supply chain processes.
• Develop, author and maintain clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, including policies, procedures, and process guides.
• Edit and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
• Participate in meetings, present drafts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Utilize appropriate documentation tools and software to produce high-quality written materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of the documentation process.
