Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to partner with the Test & Evaluation group to generate and maintain developmental test and operation-focused documentation. You will work with test engineers, pilots, and SMEs to close knowledge gaps and set quality standards for written artifacts.

The role covers checklists, procedures, manuals, templates, guides, release notes, troubleshooting guides, and API docs across product development stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (may substitute equivalent technical experience).
• 5+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation.
• Experience in Aerospace and/or DoD documentation.
• Familiarity with military writing standards (e.g., 412TW-TIH-20-01).
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across the business to understand users and products for Test & Evaluation use.
• Generate, review, and edit Test & Evaluation-focused documentation of high quality.
• Research highly technical subject matters and translate into accessible written form.
• Contribute to the technical writing toolkit and documentation lifecycle.
