Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to partner with the Test & Evaluation group to develop and maintain developmental test and operation‑focused documentation. You will collaborate with test engineers, pilots, and SMEs to close gaps in understanding and ensure artifacts meet a high quality standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation.
• Experience in Aerospace and/or DoD documentation.
• Familiarity with military writing standards (412TW‑TIH‑20‑01).
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documents.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, XML, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across the business to understand users and products, focusing on hardware and software within Test & Evaluation.
• Generate, review, and edit Test & Evaluation‑focused documentation of the highest quality.
• Research highly technical subjects, organize information from multiple sources, and present clearly to a broad audience.
• Contribute to Anduril's technical writing toolkit, including style guides and lifecycle processes.
