The role involves coordinating with engineers, operations, and subject matter experts to capture workflows and define tone, voice, and quality across written artifacts. You will lead documentation roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and ensure contract deliverables are accurate and on-time while working with account

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating technical user-facing documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Experience building content in Word and XML formats.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance; willing to relocate onsite to Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit documentation that is user-focused with input from engineering and operations.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to support product documentation efforts using a data-driven approach.
• Communicate and help manage expectations; note risks with leadership.
• Help build a culture of technical documentation and living documentation processes.
