Job summary

Riivet is seeking a technical writer to own the help center, API reference, and in-app guidance from scratch. You will work directly with engineers and customers to craft clear, searchable documentation that matches how restoration teams actually work.

The role involves writing for a growing API and creating onboarding content, with a short-term contract and potential to convert to full-time. Collaboration with support is key to turning FAQs into permanent docs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing technical documentation for B2B SaaS.
• Can read code well enough to write accurate API docs.
• Portfolio of published documentation, ideally in a developer-facing product.
• Clear, opinionated writing style.

• Plan, write, and maintain the Riivet help center.
