GDH is seeking a technically proficient Documentation Writer to develop, manage, and publish detailed API references, developer guides, and manuals for multiple products. In an Agile team, you will ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding while collaborating with product, engineering, and design across a range of platforms.

You will translate complex engineering work into clear user-facing content, support CI/CD workflows, and explore AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written communication, editing skills, and knowledge of English grammar and style.
• Ability to manage large, complex documentation sets and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish API references, developer guides, and manuals.
• Audit and maintain existing docs for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather requirements.
