Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of all DCOps procedures for Data Center builds, coordinating the efforts of Technical Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and site leadership.
• Deliver Data Center Operations related documentation from TW team.
• BCPs (Business Continuity Plans): Strategic plans focused on campus resilience and incident response to maintain overall operations.
• EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures): Immediate action steps for decision-making, escalation, and mitigation during critical infrastructure or life-safety incidents.
• SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Step-by-step instructions on how to operate data center equipment, including starting, stopping, transferring, or setting it up for maintenance.
• MOPs (Maintenance Operating Procedures): Instructions detailing how to perform scheduled, periodic preventive maintenance tasks on equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: 100,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $132,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
