Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in petrochemical, refining, or industrial manufacturing environments to transform complex engineering and operations information into clear, accurate, and user‑friendly documentation.

You will develop operating procedures, maintenance manuals, work instructions, standards, and training materials, collaborating with SMEs, engineers, and operations to gather information, ensure accuracy, and maintain document

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related industrial manufacturing environments.
• 6–8 years of technical writing experience supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, or capital projects.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of industrial equipment and process operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, reactors, distillation/stack columns, heat exchangers, and process units.
• Strong understanding of refinery/petrochemical process units and operating procedures.
• Strong technical editing, proofreading, and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can transform complex engineering and operational information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.

What You’ll Do:-
