Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the petrochemical, refining, or related industrial manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrated technical writing experience supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, or capital project environments.
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing experience with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment and process operations, including pumps, valves, reactors, distillation/stack columns, heat exchangers, and related process unit equipment.

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to gather information from subject matter experts and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
• Experience developing and maintaining operating procedures, maintenance procedures, work instructions, technical manuals, engineering documents, and training materials.
• Strong editing, proofreading, document control, and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within established deadlines.
