Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, Water Resources).
• 5+ years in water treatment, process/applications engineering, commissioning, or field service.
• Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial water treatment systems.
• Experience with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to interpret water analysis results and apply findings to system design.

Responsibilities

• Design, size, and recommend water treatment systems (RO, UF, filtration, softening).
• Analyze water data and develop customer solutions.
• Perform startup, commissioning, system optimization, troubleshooting, and training.
• Conduct field testing and evaluate system performance.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and diagrams.
• Provide technical consultation during meetings and site visits.
• Support sales through proposals and equipment recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and service solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare technical reports and commissioning documentation.
