CECO Environmental in Clearwater, FL seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to design and optimize water treatment systems (RO, UF, filtration, softening) and to support customers with technical advice. The role involves field startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing collaboration with Sales and Project teams.

You will analyze water data, prepare reports, and develop solutions for industrial clients while traveling up to 50% and engaging with distributors, engineers, and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline required.
• 5+ years in water treatment, applications or process engineering roles.
• Experience with commercial/industrial water treatment systems and startup/troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret water analysis data.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; valid driver's license and travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and size water treatment systems (RO, UF, filtration, softening).
• Analyze water quality data and develop treatment solutions per customer needs.
• Perform system startup, commissioning, optimization, and operator training.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, process, and equipment issues; conduct field testing.
• Prepare technical reports, commissioning docs, and recommendations.
• Support sales with technical proposals and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and CRM updates.
