Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate program
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
• Able to work up to 25 hours/week during school year and up to 40 hours/week in summer
• Able to obtain DOE Q security clearance to start

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of semiconductor wafers and packaged parts in x-ray and gamma-ray environments
• Analyze current-voltage relationships for radiation effects in microelectronics
• Summarize results and present findings in professional venues
