You will collaborate with SMEs to create scalable learning solutions, including SCORM-compliant courses and Kirkpatrick evaluation levels, under ADDIE.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience (or 0 years with Master's).
• Experience designing learning materials for technical disciplines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Design and develop training products across online, in-person, hybrid formats.
• Create instructor-led sessions, microlearning, and on-the-job programs.
• Develop SCORM-compliant courseware and evaluation materials.
• Stay current with learning theory and instructional design standards.
