Northrop Grumman is hiring a Technical Services Engineer/Principal Engineer for the Sentinel Program in Roy, Utah. The role focuses on ADDIE-based training design and SCORM-compliant courseware for the United States Air Force.

You will collaborate with SMEs to identify knowledge gaps and craft multi-modal training materials. Responsibilities include creating instructor-led sessions, microlearning, interactive courses, and on-the-job programs while writing training CDRLs and evaluating using

• Experience designing learning materials for technical disciplines.
• Experience developing learning materials for technical disciplines.
• Experience developing technology-based learning products.
• Experience creating formative and summative evaluations.
• Experience conducting training evaluations per Kirkpatrick and Phillips levels.
• Experience applying ADDIE and other training-development models.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct gap analyses of knowledge and skill levels and translate findings into targeted training tasks and learning solutions.
• Design and develop training products for multiple modalities (online, in-person, hybrid; synchronous and asynchronous).
• Develop a comprehensive suite of training materials including instructor-led sessions, microlearning, interactive online courses, and on-the-job programs.
• Write technical documentation including training CDRLs.
• Stay current with training research and apply insights to design decisions.
• Evaluate and oversee contractors or vendors responsible for developing courseware.
• Design curricula that conform to current SCORM standards.
