Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials for technical disciplines.
• Experience developing technology-based learning products.
• Experience evaluating training using Kirkpatrick and Phillips models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses of knowledge and skill levels and translate to training tasks.
• Design and develop training products for online, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Develop instructor-led sessions, microlearning modules, and on-the-job programs.
• Write technical documentation and training CDRLs.
• Stay current with learning theory and tools to inform design decisions.
• Evaluate contractors or vendors producing courseware.
• Design curricula conforming to SCORM standards.
