Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) from an accredited university with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 10 years, or a PhD with 8 years, or 4 years extra in lieu of a degree.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance, in scope, with a recent investigation date.
• Experience with system integration (HW and SW), test planning and TRRs, data collection and instrumentation, ConOps, and test data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer contractual needs into test solutions considering schedule and cost constraints.
• Direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate with SMEs and multiple teams to identify test objectives and risks.
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop testing instrumentation requirements.
• Lead test activities and approve test starts, TRRs and Readiness Reviews.
• Coordinate with Quality and Test Plan Working Groups; prepare team charters.
