Northrop Grumman is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer (level 5) in Roy, Utah, to support the Sentinel program. The role focuses on requirements definition, MBSE modeling, and system architecture using Cameo and related tools.

Collaboration with stakeholders and iterative design are essential to deliver robust interfaces and verification plans. The position requires DoD Secret clearance, strong experience in SEIT processes, and a background in C2, cyber, or security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 12 years of experience (or 10 with a Master, 8 with a PhD).
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance within last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 1+ year experience managing requirements in DOORS.
• 3+ years SEIT processes experience.
• 3+ years with MBSE tools (Cameo).
• 1+ year experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
• 1+ year supporting trades studies.
• 3+ years in C2, physical security, cybersecurity, or similar domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT to develop engineering artifacts.
• Mature architecture content for large programs.
• Ensure system requirements are represented in the model.
• Develop architecture using Cameo/MBSE methods.
• Contribute to system requirements management and analysis.
• Develop model-based documentation and integration processes.
