Job summary

Timken is seeking a dedicated Part-time Technical Training Specialist to support our Professional Experience Program. You will develop, deliver, and improve technical training curricula to equip team members with up-to-date skills.

Responsibilities include updating curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts, and assisting with apprenticeship program development. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant program and maintain a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school (undergraduate or relevant post-secondary programs).
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Ability to commit to the program schedule and comply with safety and confidentiality requirements.
  • Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Position: Technical Training Specialist - PHWP

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time Technical Training Specialist to join our Timken - Professional Experience Program. This role is crucial in empowering our workforce by developing, delivering, and enhancing technical training programs that support the organization's goals and ensure all team members are equipped with up-to-date skills and knowledge.
