Job summary

A leading training solutions provider in Lexington, Massachusetts, is looking for an experienced learning and development professional to design and deliver instructor-led training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in training development, with a strong preference for ITIL Foundations Certification and knowledge of ServiceNow. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience designing, developing and delivering online and instructor‑led training.
• At least 3 years’ experience developing online courses.
• ITIL Foundations Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructor-led learning programs for technical and end-user audiences.
• Deliver interactive instructor-led training sessions both in person and online.
• Create online courses to support ongoing training needs.
