The IT Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and implementing learning solutions for IT systems. The role also serves as the administrator and content manager for the employee Learning Management System and partners with Business and IT for deployments and improvements.

Qualifications

• Designing and developing, delivering, and producing virtual instructor led learning through Skype, WebEx, LoopUp and other similar technologies.
• Experience with LMS reports and analytics.
• Developing and deploying mobile and elearning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT and business to review processes and determine training needs for target audiences.
• Leads design and development of learning materials using various instructional techniques.
• Coordinates and facilitates training for business groups and tracks effectiveness.
