You will deliver hands-on and classroom sessions, assess performance with standardized tools, and support continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation in Bagdad, Arizona.

The role emphasizes mentoring instructors, documenting training outcomes in the LMS, and aligning learning with business goals while maintaining strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related work experience.
• Master tradesperson certification or license preferred.
• Proven computer literacy including MS Office and Windows.
• Demonstrated behaviors aligned with technical training values and company policies.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow; passion for developing others.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, training, and assessing in field environments.
• Effective communication in English; ability to understand verbal and written safety instructions in English.
• MSHA or OSHA safety standards knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Competency-based training experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingualism preferred.
• MSHA Blue Card certification preferred.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop employees’ skills in safety compliance and advanced operations through technical training.
• Deliver hands-on and simulation-based training; assess performance with standardized tools.
• Provide technical support to resolve equipment and systems issues.
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training; document results in the LMS.
• Mentor instructors and contribute to competency-based material development.
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs and continuous improvement efforts.
