Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks an experienced technical instructor to deliver instructor-led courses for employees and customers. You will develop and update materials, maintain classrooms and labs, and ensure training records are current across EDGE and manufacturer databases.

The role requires travel for training delivery, conference attendance, and ongoing credential maintenance, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in safety and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Formal Education High School diploma or GED.
Experience 5-6 years.
Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Windows OS.
Credentials: manufacturer training/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Instructs instructor-led courses for Ring Power employees and customers.
Develops and updates training materials on technical topics.
Maintains training spaces, labs, and related assets.
Travels to deliver training and participates in conferences.
Keeps training records in EDGE and manufacturer databases.
Assists field personnel on diagnostic issues when possible.
Attends required trainings to maintain credentials.
Performs other duties as assigned.
