Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of training programs for technology‑intensive manufacturing environments.
• Provide recommendations on hands‑on labs, layouts, equipment specs, curricula, and evaluation methods.
• Serve as internal SME for Safety and lead the development of technical and safety instructors.
• Collaborate with industry partners, colleges, and internal SMEs on training projects including non‑technical ones.
