Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with applicable industry experience required.
• Experience teaching in higher education or technical training settings.
• Experience with CNC and conventional machining processes.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to mentor and supervise faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach Machine Tool Technology courses using multiple delivery methods.
• Coordinate curriculum, assessments, accreditation, and budgeting.
• Advise students on planning, transfer, and career options.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate adjunct faculty.
• Engage with industry partners and college committees.
