Southeastern Container, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Technical Training and Safety Manager to develop and manage technical training, safety programs, and workforce development across manufacturing facilities.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Plant Leadership to ensure employees attain required competencies and stay compliant with OSHA standards. Travel to multiple locations is expected to support program delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, technical training, or safety roles.
• Ability to design and build training programs with budgets, timelines, and curricula for adult learners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a standardized technical training strategy across all facilities.
• Design and maintain curricula for production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and support teams.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and maintain a master training calendar across sites.
• Ensure training records are accurately tracked in LMS/HRIS systems and reporting.
• Identify skill gaps and support career pathways, progression, and leadership pipelines.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and validate program effectiveness.
• Lead safety initiatives in line with OSHA requirements and best practices.
• Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions.
