Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering to identify performance gaps and train solutions.
• Integrate training and performance solutions into the program curriculum.
• Create and deliver interactive, scalable content (videos, simulations, instructor-led materials, guides, slides, job aids) using rapid prototyping and agile approaches.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and project teams on assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
