Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Instructional Support Specialist to assist with adult training programs, enrollment, registration, scheduling, and post-training evaluation collection and analysis. The role requires TS/SCI with poly, a bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years of related experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and support instructors with classroom setup, while collecting data and producing client reports to improve training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years working with mission support
• Active TS/SCI with poly
• Excellent facilitation skills that engage participants and students
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills in a diverse academic environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with team members
• Manage projects independently with competing priorities
• Support and manage the day-to-day support of learning programs
• Assist instructor cadre in classroom reservation and setup
• Communicate with senior managers to plan, organize, and track the curriculum
• Assist with conducting assessment, surveys, and focus groups
• Create and distribute post-training surveys and evaluations
• Collect, compile, and analyze student training data and prepare reports for clients
• Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope and share client needs with team
