Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT training and curriculum development.
• 2+ years in training management.
• ERP systems experience and business process transformation.
• Adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience supporting large technology modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, CS, IS, or Education.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and instructional materials for IT initiatives using adult learning principles.
• Lead training management for large-scale technology modernization and ERP implementation projects.
• Produce job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and multimedia learning materials.
• Develop and deliver technical writing and documentation for training programs.
• Identify training gaps and design solutions to improve readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align training with business processes and system functionality.
• Support ERP deployments and change management with embedded training strategy.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project.

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required).
• Experience with Training including curriculum development for IT and instructional technology (7+ years).
• Experience with Training management (2+ years).
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business process transformation, and enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with Adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar), and learning technologies.
• Experience with Supporting large private sector, public sector, or government technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience with Curriculum development, technical writing, and training program management.
• Experience with Development of job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and multimedia learning materials.
• Experience with Advanced curriculum development and instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Experience with General documentation.
• Experience with Interacting with functional groups within the Accounting organization to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Association for Talent Development (ATD), Prosci Change Management, Related professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and instructional materials supporting IT and instructional technology initiatives, applying adult learning principles and methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Lead training management activities for large-scale technology modernization and ERP implementation efforts, coordinating schedules, content delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Produce job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and other multimedia learning materials to support end-user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop and deliver technical writing and documentation supporting training programs, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with system/process changes.
• Identify training gaps across the workforce and design targeted solutions to improve readiness and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with functional groups within the Accounting organization to clarify requirements and ensure training content accurately reflects business processes and system functionality.
• Support enterprise software implementation and business process transformation efforts by embedding training strategy into project timelines and change management activities.
